A fire burns bright, fiery as it awakens
this cold
heart within ...
the heart
ignites with a passion
so strong and
a zeal impossible
to disarm
this fire that burns on.
The spirit
within ... rises
like a
phoenix ... ignited
from its ashes
of a past now
turned to
dust.
The heart
reaches out to the light...
ignited,
alive.
